If you have automatically connected to a broker, it could be that the broker hasn’t provided us with the correct data, e.g. Ticker Symbol, to map your positions or investments correctly in our system. Because we need to import your Positions as well as any subsequent Transactions, we rely on the broker to give us the correct information.
If they don't, then please contact us on our HELP button within the app and let our support people know so that we may see if there is anything we can do or whether it is a known issue and you need to manually enter your positions and transactions.
We have a list with current connections and their testing status here. Any information you have on successful or incomplete connections helps us update this for you and other customers.
If you have manually inputted your positions and transactions, and they appear wrong, you will need to resolve this through our Transactions page with the pencil icon next to the errant Transaction. Currently, we don't allow you to edit Positions.
