I couldn't connect my broker what now?

If you discover an issue with connecting to your broker, it could mean the following:

  1. We have a verified good connection but the broker connection may just need refreshing. Please try again first.
  2. We don't have the connection, in which case please let our support team know so that we can track our users' requests and approach the broker separately
  3. We do have a connection but the data coming back is not great. If you are able to verify this for us on an unverified connection (marked Purple in the spreadsheet), we are happy to extend a further couple of month's trial to illio. Whilst we may not be able to support that broker's integration in the short term, we can collect user requests and see whether a direct integration with the broker yields better results.
